We went to the restaurant and had a great meal! The dinning room is comfortable and cozy, the menu caters for everyone, including classic dishes but also vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. All dishes were freshly and beautifully cooked, the service friendly and helpful, and if you are a whisky lover, check the drinks menu!! Definitely a place to bookmark if you are local and a great choice if you are visiting.

Was in for Christmas lunch with friends. Xmas menu was great and the food was first class. Very friendly and efficient staff
Went for a meal,thought the staff were friendly & welcoming! I had the steak& drink Tuesday night offer! For £20.99 ,I got steak,peas,chips,mushrooms, tomato, onion rings, choice of drinks,I got a glass of pino grigio! Thought the food& price good value
Staff nice and friendly. Local people friendly. Location excellent for exploring the surrounding area. Food ok and not to badly priced. The rooms well certainly the one I was in, was in desperate need of updating. But that is my only complaint.
Comfortable accommodation, fantastic food and absolutely wonderful staff who could not do enough for guests. Very dog friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return.
Stopped in by here today for lunch. My son and I had the carvery and my daughter had chicken fillets. We all had an excellent meal. We almost ran out of room on our plates with the carvery as it was very generous portions and totally delicious. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble and reasonably priced. Well done, we will be back when we are next in the area.
We had the Sunday Carvary today with the family. Such a nice and relaxing place to dine in. Food was excellent and so was the service by all of the staff, always so welcoming. Definitely a place not to miss!! Excellent range of whiskies and beers too.
